Our Practice Facilities include the latest equipment, Instant Medicare and Health Fund Optical Claims, an Online Booking Service and acceptance of most major credit and debit cards. - Have your eyes checked by a professional optometrist at least every two years. - Make sure your glasses or contact lens prescription is up-to-date and adequate for computer use. - Eye protection is crucial if you work with hazardous or airborne materials at work or home. - Choose the right kind of sunglasses to help protect your eyes from the sun’s UV rays. - Looking away from your computer every 20 minutes gives your eyes a chance to rest and prevents your eyes from too much strain.
