Through the Coaching process we are able to help in making the complex simple and to create structure and a personalised plan to assist you in moving forward. We are experienced in working with a diverse cliental including; Professionals (White and Blue collar), Creative People, Higher Education Graduates, Secondary School Students and Job Seekers. Coaching finds its foundation in the discipline of Positive Psychology and is future orientated. Coaching explores values, motivators, goals, resources, skills and passions. The Coaching Pod is efficient in our work practices and in conjunction with analytical thinking and activity we embrace the richness of mindfulness, creativity and play.
