Hot Dog Yoga is a flow yoga studio in Double Bay, Sydney inspiring and empowering our community to lead mindful, active lives. We provide a welcoming environment for everyone who wants a modern take on the traditional yoga practice. We focus on creative, playful yoga flows to help all who enter our studio connect with themselves through their breath and conscious movement. There are classes to cater to practitioners of all levels. We provide mats and have shower facilities on site. The studio is based in Sydney's eastern suburbs close to transport. It is walking distance from Edgecliff station, Double Bay and Rose Bay ferry terminals and Bondi Junction station.
