Healthy Dynamix has it’s own Clinical Pilates Studio, numerous consulting rooms and parking on site. We have 4 qualified physiotherapists, and we have friendly welcoming reception staff ready to help you book in. Our services include: • Physiotherapy • Clinical Pilates Classes • Sports Physiotherapy • Dry Needling Our popular Pilates Classes run on a term by term basis, at a very reasonable rate, and overseen by a Physiotherapist. As we offer Clinical Pilates, you will be able to claim this service back through your extras private health fund. Classes are tailored to individuals needs, and after a consultation, an exercise program is created by a Physiotherapist, especially for you. Clinical Pilates is a unique and effective whole body exercise, and focuses on “core” muscle strengthening and aiding with the rehabilitation of injuries, reducing the risk of injury and tones muscles around the body.
