True Pilates Sydney Studio is located 5 minutes from Central station. Our studio is a fully equipped Pilates studio teaching the Traditional Pilates Method. We specialise in Private or Semi-Private (Duo & Trio) Reformer classes and small Mat classes. Our sessions are focused on technique with a traditional approach to Pilates and taught by highly experienced teachers.
