Bad flowers - even worse customer service

I ordered cream and pink posies for my wedding and received YELLOW pink and cream posies which consisted of a few dead rose heads. When phoning Naomi on the day of my wedding she was extremely rude to my bridesmaid and advised that there was nothing she could be because it would take 8 hours to put together 4 new posies and did not offer a solution. I also ordered my centerpeices with Naomi and they were made up of only half the flowers I paid for. I would never recommend Blooms Flower Factory's products or service to anyone. All 60 of my guests have seen the disgusting flowers that were delivered to me on my wedding day and everyone of those guests PLUS my wedding venue will make sure none of their friends or family ever use this business. BEWARE!!!
