Both Owners Wendy and Braary Stimpson are from England and South Africa. On their many visits to the beautiful Margaret River, they fell in love with the natural beauty of the region and the finest wines the place has to offer. They settled in Margaret River in 2005, and in 2011 they found a pleasant location, with built up vineyards and natural land with original floristics and structure, that currently includes Passel Estate Winery. The process ensures that fruits are exposed to natural sunlight and air flow is in abundance for the plantation. Andy is an experienced professional deploying the sustainable processes all over the vineyard. Whether it is water management, pest control or mid-row cropping, Andy works rigorously in his ways of sustainable practices. Award-winning and recognized Winemaker, Bruce Dukes, bring in his knowledge of wine making. He is highly educated with educational credentials in Agricultural Science and Viticulture & Enology and over 20 years of practical working experience in Napa Valley and Margaret River The wine making at Passel Estate focuses on one thing only and that is the commitment to produce the finest quality wine. The wines are representing the nature and beauty of Passel Estate and they are produced in limited stocks.
