Beware!

Beware! I spent alot time searching for some envelopes at a decent price and eventually found this website. After working out what I needed, I called to confirm they had the numbers I needed in stock. They confirmed this. I then realised that they were not too far from my house, so to save them on postage/handling, I decided to go in and pick them up. I then found out that they actually did not have the numbers I requested but 20 below this number, and after I got home realised that they had charged me an EXTRA $40 on top of the internet price. When I called up (thinking it was a simple mistake) to ask for a refund on the extra money, I was advised that in store prices are more expensive due to the service they supply of which I did not recieve. (there is nothing of this mentioned on the website and this information was not conveyed to me when I called up either) The owner acknowledged there was a problem with this, and that they had not updated the webiste prices yet (which was not my problem) but REFUSED to return the money and was very rude. I would stay away from this company, there are alot more out there that would be more accomodating and understanding towards their customers.
