I had my waterproof diving watch battery replaced on 2 Apr 12 at Chatswood Watch World. The watch leaked the first time I went in the water (swimming pool only) and is destroyed. I returned to the shop and they inspected the watch and tried to blame onl screws for the reason why the watch leaked and would not take any responsibility. They say that their warrenty only covers the battery life and not the watch repair. This means that they can destroy your watch seal and take no responsibility for destroying the watch. How can this company even be in business. I will be pursuing this matter further as the way they do business is both completely unethical and unprofessional. Don't go near them.
