Founded in 2020 by Michelle McLeod, a mother of a child with Jacobsen Syndrome, the Hub was created to offer thoughtful, family-informed support. Services include 1:1 programs, group activities, school holiday sessions, and early development programs for babies aged 0-6. We blend education and fun to help build life skills, supported by assisted transport and coordination for self- and plan-managed NDIS participants. We serve Lake Macquarie and surrounding areas.
