Hi there! My name is Liam Diviney and I am a Gold Coast based Personal trainer, accredited Strength coach and Sports nutritionist. Going on a quite a journey of my own, helped me realise my passion was to help others achieve the best body and mind they’ve ever had. Consistency is key. However, there are a few other keys to your success. I use 4 simple pillars to success: training, nutrition, mindset, and accountability. It took a lot of searching high and low to realise this is the secret sauce I had been looking for to help my clients even more. I love to keep things simple when it comes to body transformations. World-class coaching is at your disposal and I love to get you strong and in the best shape of your life. All you have to do is show up, not only to train but also to show up daily with your nutrition, habits, and mindset.
