Totally unethical.Seller beware !!!!

Based on our experience this agent won't look after the sellers interests, just his mates. They were selling a res B block that backs on to my property. It also backed onto a unit developers block. The property was to go to auction. I told them of my interest and said that I couldn't get to view the property for three days. Instead of an auction it was quickly sold to the developer... even though there were two potentially competing parties. I was willing to pay around $70 000 more than the selling price...but never given the chance. The seller missed out, buy employing an agent either without ability or a moral code.
