Not satisfied with Donalco windows.

I bought sliding doors windows one and a half year ago from Donalco and I am not happy with them at all. I noticed after one month installation that they are not protecting from heavy wind- I can feel very big draft coming threw them. I complained to the person who took a booking of windows but there was no reasonable solution done. I can see now that the window disign is very bad and that is why draft is coming. I changed my old windows to worse option that doesn't keep home worm in winter time and need to tape them that not to get a draft.
