Souffle

In August I ate at the restaurant. I ordered a souffle and was brought the most wonderful dessert. Cooked to perfection, not an easy thing to do. I asked the waitress for the Chefs name and was told the pretty little girls name was "Chef Beef". I'm not sure why she is called that but this is one chef that everyone should have the pleasure of having a souffle from. Il Centro keep this little beauty and she will take your desserts to new heights. Has to be tasted to be believed.
