Sage Active Clinic provides Exercise Physiology, Myotherapy, Remedial Massage and small-group sessions to help people improve strength, mobility and overall wellbeing. We support all ages and specialise in adults over 50 managing pain, injury, chronic conditions or disability. We also offer InBody 770 body composition scans for detailed assessment and progress tracking. Services can be accessed through GP Bulk Billed Medicare Plans, private health, NDIS (self and plan-managed), TAC and DVA. Telehealth and in-home visits are available across the Bayside area.
