Bored

I have taken my car for service here four times. The first time I was told my car would be ready to be picked up at 3pm and it was. The second time it was twenty minutes late, thats fine. However the two most recent times they have been 1.5hrs late. This wouldn't be so bad except for the fact I had rung through and asked if the vehicle was ready and been told it was. I was offered no apology. They clearly overbook. Mazda at aspley is much better I will be making the drive there for my services from now on.
