Poor service, bad product, STAY AWAY
Optimum Experiences charged over 2* the amount of other camps. Camp was cancelled on the first day with no prior notice- ending up losing 1/4 of the camp. Staff extremely rude and unnecessarily bureaucratic. Very few activities except group/work leadership stuff- trying to minimize their cost at our expense. For over 1/2 the time we had to provide our own entertainment. Transport was uncomfortable- 5 abreast buses, narrow seats, no seat recline and legroom. STAY AWAY!!
