Bad Work, No Follow Up
Sean overcharged for our pool renovation. No contract just a quote. Asks for some payment in cash. Used a jack hammer to remove coping around an old block work pool that could easily have been removed by hammer and chisel. This caused major leaks that he did not tell us about and then, despite promises, he never returned to fix. Does not answer his phone if he recognises your number and does not return calls. Under no circumstances would I recommend this man or his company. I would give zero stars and strongly suggest you avoid him and his company.

Sean Doak provided very poor follow up service to a faulty pool light and also the documentation for the final inspection process of the construction despite multiple telephone calls and personal visits. He promised time and time again to repair the light bulb after it only lasted for 3 uses. He promised time and time again to follow up on the missing paper work for the final inspection after this was revealed during the legal searches when attempting to sell the property. This business makes many promises but lets the client down time and time again.
