We had a terrible time with this builder. The invoicing was sloppy and incomplete. The work done was not in accordance with the plans and they got threatening and nasty when we expressed our dissatisfaction. We had to get Dept of Fairtrading involved before they would meet with us or fix faulty work. It has put us off ever renovating again.
