We had a bad experience
My experience with this company was terrible. In my opinion they are building way too many granny flats than they can handle. We had constant battles and arguments with the office staff and site manager. Never given a straight answer and we felt he had a personal issue with us at times. The end product was OK but it wasn't what the salesman promised. They build to code and nothing more, I mean nothing. If you don't take on board my review, at least get legal advice when you sign your contract. In our experience, we had to revert to the thing every 2nd day. It's there favourite "go to" line when there is an issue. It's the most one sided contract I have ever seen and I found out the hard way.

Our Garden Villa
My husband and I are nearing the end of having our 2 bedroom Garden Villa completed by Ian Cubitt. It has taken 8 weeks to complete and I can honestly say we are both absolutely delighted with the construction. Everyone we dealt with before and during the project have been an absolute delight to deal with. I would highly recommend Ian Cubitt to anyone. Thank you Ian and your team.
