Description
The Language Trail is a multi-faceted early childhood literacy program introducing language and life skills to preschool through to grade 6 children in a supportive, nurturing and positive learning environment. The Language Trail offers classes structured around each form of communication, that is two expressive and two receptive communications. Expressive is speech and writing and receptive is hearing and reading. The classes are divided into age groups due to the skills of children at certain ages with regard to understanding, memory, attention span, visual and auditory discrimination and more.
