Stay Away
This is one of the worst businesses that I've ever dealt with. I paid $200 to repair 2 xbox 360s. One had RROD and they said they couldn't fix it. The other had a broken drive. They initially gave me the xbox with the broken drive back and told me it was replaced. I had placed a mark on the old drive and showed them that they hadn't even taken it out. They said they would sort it out. Then they replaced the drive but it still didn't work. From that point it took nearly 6 months to get my xbox back. I had to involve consumer affairs and my credit card company. The problem still isn't fixed nearly 18 months later. The person at consumer affairs told me they had received multiple complaints about the Mod Shop in Belmont. If you search Google you will find lots of similar reviews. I couldn't find a single positive review for the mod shop in Belmont! Awful!

Terrible Business
This company is woeful.Got some work done by The Mod Shop one Saturday only 2 find they had not done the job. The next Sat,I visited the store 2 see if they could finish it off.When I arrived, the store was shut(shutter doors and all). I called the store the following Fri to confirm that they will definitely be open on Sat.I arranged 2 meet at 11am. When I arrived,rollershutters were shut-again.Called Monday-you guessed it, nobody there.If you want a quick way to kiss $150 away,visit this store
