Terrible Experience

Getting a quote was easy. When we hit rock on the dig day. I was yelled at by dennis as it was my fault we hit rock apparently. His poor organisation, meant that the pool shell was delivered the same day and had to sit on my driveway. This is where it stayed for a week. After numerous phone calls and yelling. Dennis finally agreed to come down and install the shell. He had previously promised to come down on the wednesday. Which did not happen. This is when he began to sulk and be constantly rude and cranky towards us. He had the hide to say that we owed him petrol money. He knew exactly where we lived and took up the job under the quote agreed. He then constantly complained about the job and the drive on both occasions that he finally appeared at our premises. On the day of the pool being filled. All went smooth apparently. But he constantly ignored my wife and again was sulky and cranky. It even seemed that his workers did not want to be working for him. I arrived home from work. He was finishing up and then seemed all flustered that it was so late and gave me a shotty crash course in how to look after the pool. All in all i would never reccommend his company to anyone. mean while my pool is still currently filling up as i write this. He never completed the job. Do not get a pool installed by Waterside Pools!
