Description
When food scraps are taken to landfill, the green cycle is broken. Our team counteracts this problem by collecting discarded food from commercial producers (restaurants, bakeries, cafes & greengrocers) as well as stable manure every day. We return these unwanted food & scraps to farmers and ultimately the soil where it is turned it into a useful, nutrient-rich fertiliser to keep the green cycle in motion.
