Cossie's Massage and Reiki Therapy is based on the belief that my clients' needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. I have come to this work later in life, so I am able to bring a wealth of experience from teaching and caring for the needs of my students to my work in caring for you. I can relate to being on a massage table and not being cared for properly. Come and visit me and see for yourself. Cossie's Massage and Reiki Therapy is offered at the MyoMed Clinic (http://www.myomed.com.au) in Inglewood, where Dr John Whiteside is a specialist general practitioner in myofascial pain and nutritional medicine. My initial massage training in Level 1 Swedish massage was with the Body Riches Massage Centre. In late April I will acquire Level 2 in deep tissue work at the Body Riches Massage Centre. At the same time, I am also being trained by Mrs Truus Van Grunsven who for many years has developed her own unique and very successful technique for deep tissue body work. My Reiki training is with the Australian Academy of Reiki, Usui Reiki Ryoho Tradition, where I have acquired SHODEN LEVEL I. In early April I will acquire OKUDEN LEVEL II. I am an Associate member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists.
