Poor Service

I had a computer fixed there a while ago. It was a brand new computer that I purchased through Bitronics and it has been nothing but trouble since the day I bought it. The hard drive has been replaced amongs other things. This was done by the store at Wheelers Hill. When I had yet another problem I took it to Bayswater as it was more convenient at the time. The most arrogant man there could not tell me why my computer had done what it had done, it was supposedly fixed and I was not given any explanation as to why the computer failed. When I rang during the week as I had the same problem again, this same person was again rude and arrogant and offered no solution. I refuse to deal with people like him. I would avoid this company and if you read other reviews made by a person by the name of Yoda, beware, she is or was one of the owners!
