Champion Mentors is a fully inclusive service for people living with disabilities from ages 7 - 65+. As a registered NDIS provider our focus is on helping our clients develop skills that promote and support social, recreational and community participation. Champion Mentors' Support Work service offers a wide range of high-quality support and care programs covering: life skills, adventure therapy, special interests, recreation and fun activity days. Additionally, Champion Mentors also provides Support Coordination (Level 2: Coordination of Supports) to our clients and we are passionate about working with participants and their care team to help foster functional capacity.
