Brownes website is a joke
http://www.brownesdairy.com.au/ The website is basically a circular flip-through slide-show of products. There is no avenue to contact anybody at Brownes by email or web form. The only contact options are the two phone numbers provided. Not a very good public relations move in a media savvy modern business environment. I also don't think the new packaging of yoghurt products was a good idea. The only difference between containers is the inclusion of a picture of a piece of fruit such as a strawberry or apricot etc which you need to look out for. Since the bottom half of the 1L containers is now all red they all look similar and the type name is written in miniscule sized text. All this makes it extremely difficult to find the Natural yoghurt on the shelf because you have to look for the absence of a picture of a piece of fruit on the top half of the containers whereas for all other types you look for the inclusion of a picture of a piece of fruit to find what you are looking for. Regarding the new natural yoghurt - they have reduced protein content from 22% down to 20%.

Brownes Dairy Balcatta, located at 22 Geddes Road Balcatta in Western Australia, has been making horrible deep droning noises since late 2009. These guys are a constant noise pollution menace, depriving locals of sleep late at night. The manager was rude and ignorant to my complaints. He denied any problem. I will NEVER touch a Brownes product AGAIN. Terrible people :(
