Not bad at all
I did not experience any of the problems mentioned in the other review at this location. I called ahead, got the answer I was looking for, went in, and got the service that I wanted with no hassle or wasted time. My advice is to call, and ask around for what suits you the best.

Devious Dealings
Be wary of trading your items with these guys. We did a trade in deal, our not so old w/machine was picked up, then we were told that we would have to pay for any parts that needed replacing ($500). We were shocked as no mention of this was made when the deal was done. We took our w/machine back to sell for a better price and they returned it not working. Marcus promised to return to fix it and was never heard from again. They also ripped us off by stealing money from us and denying it! Never, ever will we do a deal with Ian again.
